Product description:3-Methyladenine (3-MA, NSC 66389) is a widely used autophagy inhibitor, which can inhibit PI3K activity, limiting inhibition, inhibition of PI3K Vps34 stronger than PI3Kγ, IC50 25 μM, respectively , 60 μM. 3-Methyladenine in a time and dose dependent manner to reduce cell viability, and its associated caspase-3 activation.
