Product description:Light yellow waxy solid, odourless, taste sweet. Soluble in glycerin, benzene, propylene glycol, cold hot ethanol and ethyl acetate, insoluble in cold water, but stir in hot water can be dispersed into emulsion.Used as food emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer. Used in margarine and cold drink dosage of 5 g/kg respectively and 10 g/kg. Also as a vegetable oil turbidity inhibitors.As the W/O food emulsifier, good dispersion, emulsification, the rules can be used in ice cream, ice lolly, ice cream, vegetable protein drinks, lactic acid bacteria beverage, maximum usage of 10.0 g/kg.
