Product description:For streptococcus pneumoniae, staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus A group all have inhibition, MIC is 0.0015 to 0.006 ug/ml, MIC of flu bloodthirsty bacillus and staphylococcus aureus to 0.012 to 0.4 ug/and 0.012 to 0.4 ug/ml, in vivo tests showed that the streptococcus pyogenes, streptococcus pneumoniae and staphylococcus aureus infections caused by the EC50 values than erythromycin. This product long t1/2 in gastric juice, organization distribution rate is high, almost no side effects. This action mechanism, antibacterial spectrum similar to erythromycin, stable under acidic conditions, high oral bioavailability, long half-life, antibacterial effect in vitro experiments show and erythromycin is slightly higher than josamycin, liver cell culture results suggest liver cell toxicity is lower than erythromycin. This product less impact on the liver enzyme activity, central inhibition effect of phenobarbital is less affected.
